MDC Day 4: Pismo Beach to Santa Barbara

The Nine rolled from Pismo Beach today resplendent in Eliel orange. The name of the game today was conserving energy. It turned out to be HOT, and we managed to stop at every opportunity to get additional water and fuel to keep ourselves hydrated. We also rolled today with Billy Lister, who has an amazing story.

We rolled in about 20 miles short of Santa Barbara as we are staying in a new hotel, but somehow the miles don't go away, we have to ride those extra miles tomorrow on our ride to Santa Monica. We still managed 106 hot miles today. Hoping for some cooler temperatures as most of our ride will be along the coast. Fingers crossed.
