Just Peachy in Paso Robles
After such a devastating day yesterday, our group of hearty riders took the rolling first half of the ride in stride and rolled early to lunch. Our culinary team picked an amazing lunch spot overlooking Morro Bay rock. campfire grilled chicken, fresh salads, gf pesto pasta. Then it was time to move on to other more adventurous climbs like Corbett canyon.
The star of the show was Peachy Canyon. If there ever was a road that was designed for road bikes, that's it. Super flow corners, perfect on camber banking, and fast descents.
Checking into the Allegreto Vineyard Resort was a treat as well.
